How to Reach Us

M-Convert does not operate a customer-service phone line or a general inbox. The most reliable way to report a problem or suggest an improvement is to open an issue on the public GitHub repository that hosts the site. If you have access to that repository, please include:

  • The page URL where the issue occurs.
  • The exact input value and unit you used.
  • The result the page displayed.
  • The result you expected, and the source that supports it.

Correction Policy

If you find a factual error — an incorrect conversion factor, a mislabeled unit, or a broken calculation — we take it seriously. Corrections are prioritized by severity:

  • Critical: A wrong numeric factor or a broken formula. Corrected as soon as verified.
  • Major: Missing unit, inconsistent symbol, or a definitional error. Corrected within a reasonable revision cycle.
  • Minor: Typo, formatting, or wording suggestion. Addressed in a batch update.

What We Cannot Help With

M-Convert is a unit conversion utility. We cannot provide:

  • Medical advice based on a medical unit conversion.
  • Engineering or construction advice specific to your project.
  • Legal interpretation of standards or regulations.
  • Live data (exchange rates, weather, time-zone information).

Report a Bug

When reporting a bug, please include your browser name and version, the page URL, and a description of what you expected to see. Screenshots are welcome but not required. If the bug only occurs on a specific device or screen size, please mention that as well.

Suggest a Converter

If there is a converter you would like to see on M-Convert, describe the source unit, target unit, and a real-world use case. Suggestions that come with a documented conversion factor (source, definition) are the easiest to add. Suggestions that require proprietary or licensed data will be considered only if the data can be embedded statically.
